Seared Ahi Steaks



Ingredients:

2 - 4 ounce Ahi steaks
Sea Salt
Cracked Pepper
Sesame seeds (optional)

Directions:

Heat grill to medium heat
Season to taste
Grill each side for 2 1/2 minutes

Slice and enjoy, you can use Kikkoman Ponzu sauce for dipping.
