Lettuce Wraps - Tuna & Hummus
Ingredients:
2 tsp hummus
5 oz can albacore tuna in water
2 romaine heart leaves
1 red bell pepper
1 shallot
A pinch of Himalayan pink sea salt & pepper
Directions:
Spread 1 tsp hummus on each leaf
Lay shallot over hummus
Spread tuna (amount up to you)
Lay red bell pepper slices on top
Salt and peeper to taste
